The Prosserman JCC now offers women only exercise classes. These classes are taught by female instructors and are suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels.
 

Spin

A cardio workout on the bike! The class will take you through different intensities while listening to various types of music.
 

Yoga

A synchronization of mind, body and breath by moving through a series of standing and seated postures. Experience breathing exercises, physical exercises, meditation and relaxation in one class.
 

Power Hour

Is a muscle class designed for Women Only. Using your own body weight, free weight and barbells, this class will target all muscle groups and leave you feeling inspired!
 

Zumba

Zumba is a class that adds Latin rhythm and easy to follow moves to help you burn calories while having fun.
