Personal Training for Woman

There are many benefits of Personal Training including; improved strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance and coordination. You will also reach and maintain a healthy body weight by incorporating regular weight training exercises.

First time buyer? Buy 3 for only $150, this will include, a consultation to better understand your needs and goals and a program design by our female trainers. All sessions will be held in the group exercise studio. Sessions are either 30 minutes or 1 hour in length.


Adapted Personal Training

The J offers adapted training with specialized staff. Exercises can be done seated in chairs, wheelchairs or on the floor. Participants must be able to follow verbal and visual instructions. Family, friends and caregivers are welcome to participate in small group personal training sessions.
