Unlimited Classes – The J has three studios and unlimited access to a wide range of 50 group exercise classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Group Cycle, Total Body Conditioning and much more!
 

Fitness Assessment – All members are given a complimentary Personal Training session to benchmark your current fitness level so you have something to compare to future results.
 

Equipment – The Fitness centre is proud to offer a wide selection of state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Enjoy cutting-edge cardio theatre as you watch and listen to various programs while you work out. A complimentary orientation session is included.
